Dockage
is complimentary. Due to limited space,
prior arrangements must be made for more than one
boat per unit.
Bed
linens, one set of towels per person, kitchen utensils
and
firewood are all provided. You may want to bring
extra bath towels, beach towels and bath soap.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
June
21-Sept. 21, and Christmas/New Year’s reservations
require a 45-day cancellation notice in order
for us to refund your deposit. All other reservations
will require a 5-day cancellation notice for deposit
refunds. If your cancellation notice does not fall within
the required time limit, your deposit will be refunded
only if the unit is re-rented. A $20.00 service charge
will be subtracted from all refunds.When
two or three night minimums are required, the guest is
responsible for the number of nights reserved. If the
guest should not be able to use the entire reservation,
for whatever reason, they are still responsible for all
nights reserved.
